1. Crowne Plaza, Crystal Club membership card / package fee is Rs. 8000 plus applicable taxes i.e. Rs. 8000 plus 18% GST = Rs. 9440/- for one entire year.
2. Crowne Plaza, Crystal Club membership is valid for one year from the month of purchase.
3. Crowne Plaza, Crystal Club membership card / package once purchased cannot be cancelled or refunded.
4. Crowne Plaza, Crystal Club membership card, only 1 (one) card per table, per dining visit will be accepted
5. Crowne Plaza, Crystal Club membership card discounts & gift certificates are not valid on Blackout dates. Blackout dates include : Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, New Year, Valentine’s Day, Food Promotion or any other day as decided by the hotel.
6. Crowne Plaza, Crystal Club membership card is an individual, non- transferable card that is personally embossed with the member’s name, number and expiration date. This card does not entitle the members to any credit facilities therefore the payment should be made by cash or credit card or debit card on presentation of the bill.
7. Membership benefits will be honored only upon presentation of a valid membership card.
8. The membership card discounts and certificates will all be valid for 12 months from date of purchase. All lost or stolen cards should be reported immediately. An administration fee of Rs. 500 will be charged to the member and replacement will be issued with the same expiration date. No new certificates will be issued with the replacement card
9. The membership card is the property of Crowne Plaza, Crystal Club who reserves the right to withdraw membership privileges or retain or recall the card in cases of misuse or misconduct / behavior to the Hotels environment by the member or their guest.
10. All the certificates are completely transferable to any third party, except those as specified in the terms and conditions of the vouchers.
11. Certificate benefits will only be awarded upon the presentation of corresponding certificate.
12. Please note that lost of gift vouchers will not be replaced.
13. Members may avail only Three (3) certificates at one time in one outlet, on one table at one seating / bill.
14. Benefits will only be honored upon the presentation of the corresponding gift certificate. Please note loss or theft of certificates are the member’s responsibility and therefore will not be replaced. Money cannot be refunded in such case.
15. Limitation of Liability – Crowne Plaza, Crystal Club if found liable to the member or his guest then such claim is strictly limited to the annual cost of the membership Rs. 8000/-.
16. Kid’s card can be issued only upon request and membership fee for Kid’s card is Rs. 2,192/- plus applicable taxes i.e. Rs. 392/- (18% GST) = Rs. 2,587/- for one entire year.
17. Kid’s card is issued only upon the request of the member who has first enrolled as a primary member individually.
18. Kid’s cards cannot be purchased individually, as a separate programme.
19. Kids card can only be applied for along with the prime membership programme.
20. Age of the Kid shall be between 12 years to 18 years.
21. Kids below 12 years cannot be enrolled in the kids programme.
22. Kids above 18 years cannot be enrolled in the kids programme.
23. No additional certificates are issued with kid’s card programme.
24. For administrative, marketing and accounting purposes, Crowne Plaza, Crystal Club and its associated companies may hold relevant information specific to the membership programme from the members, Crowne Plaza, Crystal Club shall be entitled to contact the respective member on his given contact details for marketing related information, via Email, SMS & Phone.
25. The membership of Crowne Plaza, Crystal Club is sold / marketed only through its vendor company Hotel Solutions India.
26. Crowne Plaza, Crystal Club Reserves the right to change, modify, add, delete any benefit and terms & conditions of Crowne Plaza, Crystal Club membership programme without giving any prior notice.
